What I know and what I use when dealing with unreasonable people is not necessarily the same. What's scary is lazy Republicans getting to vote and giving the rich and corporations the little left they don't already have.

So waiting on a appeals court ruling is a win? He could win the appeal to me that would be a win. Saying waiting on a ruling is a win says he will call anything a win after all the losses. In the election cases and recent civil cases. After all that I would call it a win too. What is he the last few years something like 3-65.
