Now look at the hundreds of non violent people who were charged and went to prison from simply walking around the Capitol. That is where the politics comes in. The dems will prosecute their political rivals along with their supporters while helping free actual criminals who burned down businesses and attack police.

    Just the facts

The bond for Tillman was in 2022. He was sentenced for the murder in March of this year to life without parole.

During his speech at the Republican National Convention, Rep. Tom Emmer of Minnesota talked about “rioters” in Minneapolis after the death of George Floyd in 2020, and misleadingly said that Vice President Kamala Harris “freed” from jail one of “the criminals” who “went on to murder a man” in neighboring St. Paul. Emmer is distorting the facts.

The congressman was referring to Shawn Michael Tillman, who in March was sentenced to prison for a 2022 murder. But he was not a protester Harris encouraged the public to help get out of jail in 2020.
“When Minneapolis was in flames and businesses were in ruins, Kamala Harris encouraged and enabled the criminals and the rioters,” Emmer, the House majority whip, said in his July 16 remarks. “She even promoted a fund to release the criminals from jail. It doesn’t get reported much in our media, but one criminal Kamala Harris freed in Minneapolis went on to murder a man in St. Paul, Minnesota.”
As we’ve written, Harris did use her social media accounts in June 2020 to encourage donations to a nonprofit, the Minnesota Freedom Fund, “to help post bail for those protesting on the ground in Minnesota” after the death of George Floyd, who was killed by a police officer the month prior. The nonprofit, founded in 2016, pays the bail amount — which is set by a judge — for individuals who would otherwise be unable to afford to secure their release from jail while they await their day in court.
    So DipShit is into deception?

Paying for a crime don't always include jail time. Lots of times it does. What is pathetic is thinking he is not a criminal.

All the partners, contractors, and his workers he has beat out of money and screwed, over many decades. Sure, all of it, may not of been criminal, but what was not criminal was immoral. His character has not changed.

Boy oh boy has this thread taken a complete 360 .

If I only had a dollar for every time I hear the words Trump is going to jail .

    Washington CNN —

A federal judge on Wednesday refused to dismiss former President Donald Trump’s lawsuit against ABC News and George Stephanopoulos over the anchor’s assertion that a jury concluded Trump had “raped” E. Jean Carroll.

Trump filed the lawsuit in Florida federal court earlier this year, arguing that Stephanopoulos and the network defamed him when Stephanopoulos said during a contentious on-air interview with Rep. Nancy Mace that a jury found Trump had “raped” Carroll, a writer whose own cases against Trump led to him being found liable for sexual abuse.

Somebody please explain to Rep. James Clyburn, not the brightest bulb in the House, that I am beating the Biden/Harris Prosecutors, like Deranged Jack Smith, whose case against me in Florida, “the biggest of them all” according to the Radical Left Lunatics, was just “thrown out” as being Unconstitutional. Now it is my time to sue them for illegally breaking into, and raiding, Mar-a-Lago. All of these Biden/Harris cases against me are a Weaponization of Justice against their Political Opponent, Me — Strictly Third World Country. MAGA2024!

BREAKING NEWS! Just heard that today, during our amazing Rally in the Great State of Michigan, esteemed Florida Circuit Court Judge, Robert L. Pegg, issued a Powerful Decision totally and completely DENYING the Pulitzer Prize Board’s desperate attempt to dismiss my ironclad Defamation Lawsuit against them for awarding the once respected Pulitzer Prizes to Fake News Stories about the Russia, Russia, Russia Hoax by The Failing New York Times and The Washington Compost. The Judge specifically stated that the Fake Stories, and the Prizes awarded them, have been debunked by several Government Investigations. He did not allow Pulitzer to hide behind the deeply outdated Times v. Sullivan case, which is from a bygone Era, before the Media went Radical and Woke, as they suffer from a terminal case of Trump Derangement Syndrome .
