Trump has been sued for defamation by members of the Central Park 5 - the group wrongfully accused and convicted of assault in 1989.

The lawsuit accused Trump of making numerous false and misleading statements during the September 10 presidential debate when Kamala Harris raised an issue about his lengthy history with the men.

Perhaps those committing "that word" are "undermining democracy" to a much more serious
extent than your facetious "weaponized lemmings".
You seem to have a misconstrued sense of fault blaming.

"Overlords" is quite an amusing take but being from down under
I'm sure you cannot stop the blood from rushing to your head.

You are doing an excellent job of not coloring outside of the box

Six dismissed charges accusing former President Donald Trump and five others of illegally soliciting Georgia officials to violate their oaths of office should be reinstated, Georgia prosecutors told an appeals court.

In a brief for the state's Court of Appeals, lawyers for Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis said a judge "erred" when he dismissed the charges in March.

The charges, which were among a total of 41 filed against Trump and 18 others in 2023, accuse six of the defendants of trying to coerce state officials into helping overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election. Trump himself faced 13 counts in the indictment and pleaded not guilty. He is named in three of the six charges that Willis is seeking to have reinstated.

Judge Chutkan has issued a 50-page ruling that largely rejects Trump's demands for more discovery from the federal government.

    More Jan 6 BS exposed

Liability Liz? Text messages raise fresh ethical concerns since Cheney was a DC attorney and local bar rules require approval of defense counsel for any communications with witnesses.

Liz Cheney contacted controversial J6 witness on encrypted app behind lawyer's back, messages show

FLASHBACK: Liz Cheney wanted criminal referrals for "anybody who attempted to influence witness testimony" for the January 6th committee.

She actually thought this would help her now non existent political career . Lmao !

Cheney’s Signal communications with witness Cassidy Hutchinson on June 6, 2022 and her friend, Alyssa Farah Griffin, were recently obtained by Rep. Barry Loudermilk, R-Ga., chairman of the House Administration oversight subcommittee that has identified significant problems with the original Democrat-run inquiry into the Jan. 6 incident.

The communications are now raising fresh concerns about the ethical conduct of that Democrat-run investigation. At the time of the communication, Hutchinson was represented by attorney Stefan Passantino, who told Just the News he did not authorize the contacts with Cheney and was not aware of them until contacted by Just the News

This is a B.S. statement and you don't know what you are talking about. It is a typical brainwashed TDS sufferer. What Kamala says now and what she's done her whole career are totally different. You cannot deny it.

If it were Kamala who was shot in the ear, we would still be getting bombarded in the proletariat news about how Black women are hated by white men and so on and so forth. The fake news would never let it go.

Think about it for a sec. How quickly were they dismissed? When do we see cases dismissed so quickly? I get it, because its democracy and balance of power is set to change in a matter of a few short weeks. But is that justice? It seems like these judges just wanted it to go away rather than hear it.

Last point. Don't forget that in Wisconsin, their supreme court voted 3-2 against over turning the election results. Or at least putting it on hold because of how politicians in that State circumvented election laws in all sorts of ways. Sending out ballots to people who never asked for them, accepting ballots after the date, no postmarked, etc. I remember one of those judge saying how disappointed he was in the 3 which voted no. If one of those 3 voted yes, then the entire election could have been changed entirely. One judge.
I don't think every judge is fair and unbiased, but I do think most of them are.

And I think we need to have some respect for our legal system to prosper as a democracy.

To me, seriously questioning that so many judges went against the law and unfairly refused to hear all those cases is a stroll in loony town too. And it's the thin edge of the wedge that could destroy the union eventually.

Its not as if NY doesn't have any issues that need to be addressed and she was just bored with hundreds of millions in surplus that needed to be spent by fiscal year end or she loses it next year. I forget what that's called.

You guys are sucked into those over and over. Frivolous court cases specifically intended to interfere with the election but you refuse to admit it. Trump be taken off the ballot isn't election interference either right? LOL

wow that is exactly what many of us said all along. This was literally election interference. Everyone could see that right off the bat. Oh sure, the radical Left made all sorts of excuses as to why someone who repaid the load on time should be fined a half a billions. Even the bank testified on Trump's behalf that they will want to do business with him again anytime, the crazies still told us how this is justified prosecution and nothing to do with politics.

I hope these lawyers do get sanctioned. This was a disgrace.

UNREDACTED: The Historic January 6 Filing From the Department of Justice

Everything you could want in one place: all redactions unredacted; identification of the key DOJ witnesses and turncoats; an alphabetized master list; and more.

Follow this report for the revelation of who everyone named in the filing is. All names in the initial filing were redacted, but this report fixes that problem. Voters have a right to know who’s who.
