Excellent news. This is the first time in months that Jack Smith has had a substantive reason to go to the appellate court.

To not just get the ruling turned over, which it will be, but to move for her removal.
Tell us all again when Jack Smith was appointed by the president and confirmed by the Senate.

What is the appointment clause of the constitution?

Article II, ยง 2, cl. 2. The Appointments Clause sets as a default rule that all “Officers of the United States”—whether “inferior” or “principal”—must be appointed by the President and confirmed by the Senate.

    In the last 30 days:

-the Supreme Court ruled that the Democrat DOJ wrongly used a felony obstruction charge against J6ers, which led to hundreds of people being charged, convicted, and imprisoned.

-Judge Cannon rules that DOJ violated the Constitution in their appointment of corrupt bozo Jack Smith

One by one the Democrats are being revealed as the crooked, venal, unethical trash that they are.

The federal judge overseeing former President Trump’s classified documents case granted his request to delay a few deadlines further so prosecutors can evaluate the Supreme Court’s immunity ruling.

Trump’s lawyers on Friday asked Judge Aileen Cannon for permission to file more documents to argue that the former president should be immune from prosecution in the case.

In their motion this week, Trump’s team proposed a schedule that extends through early September, meaning a ruling wouldn’t come until at least the fall.

That's was the beginning yes. But the demonstrations continued long after that and when Biden was in as well.

PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — Once hailed as one of the most livable U.S. cities, Portland, Oregon, is grappling with an uncertain future as it reaches a stunning benchmark: 100 consecutive nights of racial injustice protests marred by vandalism, chaos — and the killing of a supporter of President Donald Trump.

The demonstrations that started in late May after the police killing of George Floyd in Minneapolis have divided residents and embarrassed the city’s beleaguered Democratic mayor.

The carnage committed by Socialist radicals in Portland was 10x worse than Jan 6. Biden did nothing.

So instead of asking stupid questions why don't you actually look into the facts before you comment. You look stupid.

No matter what I believe or don't, eyes or ears , what was given in court as evidence is all that mattered. You mean I need to watch MSM,CNN, and MSNBC and believe my eyes and ears? You keep telling I don't and need too.
Ya man it does take time sometimes. Do you think they just stole the election without covering their tracks? We may never know the truth. I suspect we will at some time. Do you really think Biden got 81 million actual people to vote for him? LOL. We still don't know who killed JFK and the Epstein list is kept secret. WMD's? I am sure you can name more.

They put cardboard over the windows at vote counting stations. Video showed them counting the same ballots more than once. Piles of ballots found in the middle of the night. Machines incorrectly counting votes and all in favor of Biden. Hundreds of people with signed affidavits swearing they witness election fraud all over the country. Millions of ballots sent illegally to people. Ballot harvesting. Illegally extending deadlines. Illegally accepting ballots without a post mark.

You have to be really naive to think that electronic machines aren't subject to fraud. The dems even said so after the election didn't go their way. All of a sudden, they are 100% accurate? LOL.

No man. There should be no ballot harvesting allowed. One must show a government ID to vote. Everyone have a government ID. Paper ballots only. No early voting. No mail-in ballots with an exception only to the military. Make a federal election day a stat holiday maybe. Simple.

Electronic voting machines aren't any faster and than paper ballots. Forever they used paper ballots and they almost always were counted that night.
