I guess US has control of a tap that funds a big part of it, but even if Biden reneged on the US's responsibilities and agreements in Europe and walked away, I don't think the rest of NATO would just do the same. The war would be worse I think.

ok, well all know that Putin is going to keep part of the Ukraine. We are well beyond that. The Ukraine cannot win this war and we all knew this from the beginning.
