Mike 78 or 780, its a blatant attempt by Biden to weaponize the justice department in an attempt to stop the leading candidate of the opposition party to regain power. This is what happens in banana republics. Just as the 2 impeachments.

Could they make one count stick somehow someway and find him guilty? Maybe considering there is a zero chance Trump gets a fair trial in DC or NY. But let's play what-if. What if he's found guilty? So many things can happen but all of them will result Trump never spending a second in prison. First of all, the secret service won't allow it. He has their protection for life and they will never allow him to spend a second behind bars. Second, he will take it to the supreme court and will win there for sure on appeal. Lastly, when he wins in 2024, he can just pardon himself.
