I was driving around in a brand new red Camaro convertible, with the top down, all over Inglewood, Morningside Park, Sth LA, Downtown LA and Huntington Park for two days and was not mugged, shot or robbed even once. A bunch of "interesting" things happened (constantly) but never felt in too much danger, apart from once at a seedy motel party I got invited to. I wish I could have had Jibby come for a cruise with me and meet some of his neighbours that worry him so much!
