The hardest thing I ever tried was the KB snatch (LOL) challenge with a 53lb KB you had to try to get 200 reps in 10 minutes without putting it down. Ended up with 191 in 8 minutes fell to the floor and started puking for the last 2 minutes.

They definitely will humble you. Find a good PT if you have injuries first any injury has to be able to be stabilized isometricly then you have to be able to accept force and finally produce force. Don't know how many Physical therapists and Trainers go first to trying to produce force. They are either some of the smartest or dumbest people you will ever talk to and not much in between.
