Interest limits have been made legislatively, but the push to prohibit the business dies because TCF (now Huntington) got out of the business about 10 years ago. I don't force my clients into the shop, I don't suggest they shop for groceries at the gas station instead of Walmart, I don't encourage my clients to have multiple children they cannot feed, I don't tell my clients to quit school at 16, I don't want my clients spending money on heroin instead of child support and I don't like it when my clients have to repeat business because of poor life choices.

In fact, I think most of my Latino customers are thankful I'm around...their community would not function without my loose criteria for their transactions.

Whereas, by comparison, a bookie will feed on your addiction, selling you lines that are juiced....or the State that runs & advertises a lottery with a 75% payout, that they then take an additional 30%/ 10% (Fed/State) on after you win.

The only scumbags in this world are Government & addiction enablers.

Congress was trying to crack down on these predatory lenders but Trump and rescumlicans blocked it. They need to keep certain demographics a permanent underclass with these types of legal stealing. It’s terrible what they do to people. It’s just a constant cycle of paying back….it’s basically like have to pay the mob a vig every two weeks as they just keep doing the same loan over and over again.
