The actual sportsbook software is not enabled at all right now. That is why the login error message. You log in and have nowhere to go.

The issue during the transition isn't the store coming down or any one thing, the bigger issue is the complete lack of communication.

The new management teams has done a horrific job of communicating with forum users about almost everything that has changed.

Communication about these issues should have occurred before the issues came up. It didn't affect me but to pull store orders with no communication was not done correctly.

There seems to be a big gap between the new management team and individuals who could communicate on their behalf to the forum.

Again, posters keep the forum going and she benefits from posters coming and clicking on the links. Posters drive traffic and sbr benefits from traffic.

If sbr didn't benefit from posters like me they would have tried to ban me permanently a long time ago.

Take it with a grain of salt but I can vouch for improvements happening/being rectified. I actually took my first live chat convo in over two months yesterday! And there have been several other features restored that were previously disabled for staff.

The public facing platforms and systems is what employees are most concerned with as most were obviously posters here before being employed at SBR and know how important those aspects are to some, if not all, posters. We all like different bits of the site and don't use others but they're all equally important and I've been assured everything is being done to get these back functioning - and improved - as quickly as possible. That's all I know for now

Trust me when I say we're trying on our side... it'll come good. Just asking for a bit of patience and for the bitching about the Store to stop. No one here has ever dealt with the Store so give these people a bit of time to figure out shit that only Sam really had a handle on
