Happy New Year!

As you know, the SBR forum was out of order from Saturday (Jan. 1) to Tuesday (Jan. 4). We know this was a huge inconvenience and that it may have caused you much frustration. As we work to improve the forum and other SBR platforms, unforeseen circumstances have sprung up from time to time that have negatively impacted the very things we are trying to make better for you, the user. We assure you that we are working diligently to rectify these issues and give you the best experience possible going forward.

As a thank-you for your continued understanding and support, we will be awarding 300 Free-Play Points to each and every one of you!!!!

I got paid 350 in trivia at the end of 2021. I also got another 250 that I didn't know I had coming. I posted about it but didn't get a reply on it.

I've completely moved off of sbrodds, both new and classic. I understand why it's so Fubar3d, I get it. I'm not even mad about it, just disappointed. I've moved elsewhere for my odds needs, both onshore and offshore.

They have to pay the points from trivia and contests that are 6 weeks overdue first. This takes time as the backlog is huge. Be patient. Store will open some day.

if the intent was to have points continue to be worth "the same or more" then why did orders get canceled?
