Yes, the whole point is that there is no justice, the cops are told (due to politics) to not do their jobs, and then people act so surprised when given that reality, bad things happen. What's more? The "victim" isn't a victim at all, he's a scumbag like all the high profile cases of supposedly bad things happening to black people, every case without exception that is blasted in the media is a criminal doing criminal things.
