First, when one initiates contact and deadly contact, things can go wrong in many ways (for all parties) ... and it did. Don't think that I don't think this is a tragedy in many regards. Just don't talk about "justice" and "rotting" when the "victim" has assaulted many people and police in his past, been caught as a criminal many times in the past, and then is caught doing criminal things again here (I think he is also a pyschiatric patient to be honest, or he is just a scumbag in general). The guys who work hard and think they need to protect their neighborhood (which cops won't, he was stealing tools and causing problems for their livelihood) is why they did what they did. It's really that simple. They didn't wake up and say, "We're gonna go get somebody Cletus! Jump in!" - a scumbag induced them to take a role that the government vacated, among other things. It turned out bad. Because the victim is black, and the media is a bunch of lying cancel culturers, the judge get influenced to make the ruling an example. The guys, if even guilty (because the law had strange definitions and technicality in this case), should get a few years, tops.

There are many people who reviewed this case and the facts and came to a conclusion that one could have easily decided that the men were "not guilty" of the really high charges. Go seek them out, there are many on youtube and they are honest people, not political hacks.
