    drink loads of water when youre hungry, will work a bit.

      Juice it up, have done this plenty b4 surprisingly enough you actually don't get hungry . Watch the documentary "fat sick and nearly dead" which there is a second one also

        You need to burn 52,500 more calories than you consume, or 1750 a day.

        If you're 350lbs it is totally doable, if you are 200lbs good luck...

          Lots of cocaine use all day and all night long for a month straight should do the trick.

          I don't see many fat crack or meth heads roaming out on the streets.

            Weed I actually think you asked this same question before. Its common sense, eating/diet is great but working out for whatever goal(muscle gain, stamina, cardio, or just health as in swimming) goes hand in hand can only go so far using only one. There is no magic answer its just common knowledge. Why come to a sports forum to find the basic answers who knows

                Salads, lean meats, fish and skinless chicken daily only as your diet. Protein shakes as a snack if you get hungry in between. Cardio for an hour twice a day. Bike or jog.

                Abs are made in the kitchen first. No bread or sugar.

                  How much do you currently weigh and we can make you a meal plan.

                  But if you do not weigh a lot then it would be very difficult to lose that much in a month, not counting water weight loss.

                              Don't drink liquor, it's very fattening. That's my downfall. I do all the right stuff daily with a good diet and daily exercise but the drink daily and night drinking gets me with all that sugar and carbs. Turned my once six pack into a small one pack over the past decade .

                              Weeds I'm 6'5" 245 today. I don't think you are that over weight at 6'3 220 if you have some muscle. Yeah but everyone carries weight differently. I got muscle weight but not that much fat. If you have all fat and no muscle at your weight then that's a problem for sure.

                                      Got down to FL here last week, got sick on Monday, been bed ridden since. Look great in the mirror, probably minus 10 easily in 4.5 days

                                              Look up the 3 day diet. I did and still snuck in a few beers here and there and still lost 20 lbs. in less than a month. Stick to it. If you never tried it it is good but sooner or later your metabolism will get used to it and the weight loss won't be the same.

                                                Breakfast, lunch, dinner keep it around 2000 calories. Drink water and go for walks at least 3 miles a day. Stay away from sugar and gluten.

                                                                  Keep trying. If you fall off, get up the next day. Never give up. Many do.

                                                                  Stay away from sugar. It raises your insulin. You wont sleep as well and that fuckks with your mood and many other things in your life.
