Well, we do know 100% that Baldwin pulled the trigger of the gun that killed that woman.

We don't know 100% if Landrie killed his girlfriend or not. I do think that he did, and should have been punished for it.

Baldwin's big mouth over the years is the reason why people are being vocal and calling for punishment against him.
