There's a loophole. You only have to identify as Black, Indigenous, or person of color. You don't have to actually be one. Also, even if don't identify as one, as long as someone in your household does, you can still get it. It's pretty simple and very progressive.

Dont you still have to pay taxes to the US or denounce your citizenship? I looked into moving to a tax free country for a couple of years since I work remote anyway and didn’t think it was just easy to get away from IRS.

It depends where you earned your income, I can shift the payday loans to CR and thou still have the brick and motar shops in US those will run at break even w wire service / check cashing, the loan part will be a costa rica business w payments made to it...

I'll still have a bit of income there, but what's going on w the taxing policies and laws, being rewritten every 4 years, is not business friendly. Spend too much time & money complying w government.
