The state of Washington has reported that there were no flu deaths for 2020-2021 flu season for the first time in 100 years. Hey, how about that? 100 years man. The flu just disappeared. I couldn't begin to wonder if they just call each flu death a COVID death like they do for heart attacks too. But, hey, that sounds like some conspiracy shit.

Flu testing is double this year and the tests for flu and covid 19 are unique. If you test positive for Covid 19 you have covid 19, the test results cannot be confused for influenza. Clearly the health measures being taken to prevent the spread of convid 19 are working well on other less infectious respiratory diseases like the flu; so flu numbers are way down.Comment -
