Knew someone who always bragged about getting free money, until one day she went to buy a house and her employment history was off and on for years...Im sure she ended up being able to buy a home but she will probably pay all that money back in higher interest/mortgage insurance etc...just something to think about if it matters for you...

The post is unsustainable LG. The idea of my relative long-term future consisting of sitting in an ATM for 40 hrs/wk wo. a meal or piss break is literal torture. Not even allowed to sit, but until a field spvr. comes in & tells me otherwise gonna do just that. On top of that I gotta lug this 15 lb. chair with me on the train back-and-forth. Also makes jumping the turnstile a bit of a hassle. Job wise , I gotta to do what's best for me & that's getting out of this post one way or another.

It was for admitting to carrying rocks for protection. They basically said it was a liability issue, I'm not allowed to carry weapons, the person could sue me & the comp. Obviously I'm a fukking idiot for even bringing it up cuz it was totally unnecessary but if I thought for a second it was a big deal I def. wouldn't have said shit.

Appreciate the advice but with a current sub 600 credit score home ownership for me is pretty much a pipe dream at this point.

580+ only 3.5% down with an FHA loan. 500-579(i think) requires 10% down...if you are paying rent, its something to consider.

Currently 597 so 3.5% down not too bad.

                    Where are you hearing this?

That credit score couldn’t finance an out house.

Shoot can’t rent with that credit either.

I run a landscaping business in CT for over 20 years. My guys got the extra 300 all thru winter while I paid them under the table for snow removal. Now Biden passes another 300 to kick in middle of April. Lol
Of course the young guys don't wanna come back. I told them come back to work or look for another job. I will challenge the claim..I will win. Who you think pays into the unemployment? The business owner!!
I would be smart about saying you not gonna except the job..your employer will have the last laugh if they decide to challenge it
First of all it’s “accept the job” and second, you likely won’t win or even have a chance to contest it. If they take the state minimum and the 300....they are likely getting paid more weekly than you’re paying them. If the state minimum is 195+300....these kids are getting 495 a week. They don’t even have to prove you employed them or they had a job. As you pay them under the table, you should be more worried about your own liability.

Think about it, as a kid, why would you wanna do some old guys grunt work for nothing, when you can do nothing for more. The system is messed up but it’s the only way they could do it on a mass scale like this. Deal with some people screwing the system in order to to not screw the people who legit need the aid.

Working for political office holders for decades in poor neighborhoods, I know plenty about how the unemployment system works. They are a total mess with this pua right now and employers contesting unemployment aren’t having the last laugh.
