These shoes WERE NOIT released by Nike. Having said that, I don't understand how Nike can sue this guy over this. They are not being advertised as "Official" Nike limited edition shoes.

If he paid for the shoes, he can customize and do whatever the Hell he wants with them. There are over 1,000 pair of other types of customized Nikes on Ebay for sale right now.
