They release any info on hiw he obtained the weapon?

If he was documented as mentally ill and recently purchased the weapon, then much like Chicago, it's just more proof gun laws simply don't work, and more laws will only impact those that choose to follow the law.

The criminals will always obtain weapons.

His brother claims that he was mentally ill, but apparently he was going to school and leading a fairly normal life. Anyone that would do something like this has to have a screw loose.
