    Insurance Transgenders on Medicare
Wow i just watched a video on Transgenders turning 65. I have never had one in all the years and appointments i have done this but interesting to think what happens if you get one.

Some states go by the Birth Certificate . But they were also saying that it goes by what they identify with. This is interesting because a lot of companies have different rates for M and F .

Females are better priced then Men since they live longer. So if Tim thinks he is Tina and identifies as Tina he gets a lower rate. Opposite if Tina thinks she is Tim then she would pay more being a male. Makes me wonder if they know this what especially the women identifying as men would do if they knew they would get the lower rates if they just said they were a woman.

And as an agent what the hell do you do if Tom who used to be Tina finds out the price difference and goes into the other room to turn into Tina because they can save some money. Or just ask you to lie and put what is on their birth certificate not what they identify as to save money.

God i hope i never have an appointment like this. Although it would definitely be a fun story at our weekly zoom meeting.

Well yea i know i can do that but what if you get in that situation because they have to have a Med Supp because they want the same thing say a client has like if they were a referral. I mean ok i know its almost no chance of happening. But through the years sometimes you get a strange appointment happen.

Your not responsible for telling them there's a different price for male and female. Your over thinking this...

I know lol i know the odds of this happening are slim to zero . But what if it did . And if someone that looks 100% a guy and looks like a guy decides to say i identify myself as a female what would you do ? And again yea i know this will never happen probably. But there is the slimmest of chances. Honestly if that states law is you have to go with what they identify as and not just the Birth Certificate . I think i would do it .

Makes me think of when i was younger in my late teens . I worked at a phone survey place in Lansdale. You got paid per survey and they were like 45 minutes. So you hated losing someone. At the end you have to get their name and the guy told me he was Jesus Christ. So i put that on the survey . I thought it was funny. I did not get credit for that one.
