I think it's kinda buggy. (Battery life and Siri are the issues that I see). To be upfront, it's my first smartphone so I didn't know what to expect last month when I bought it. Just went on the way information seemed to be leaning that it was the easiest phone for a senior. I don't think it's a lemon, but noting to write home about. Again first one ever used.

If you are willing to take some advice..?.. I do not have your particular phone but:

It runs like a computer. Sometime, if your sitting or laying down, pick up the phone and go to “settings”.. Start from the first heading, open it and just play around, see what is in there. If you get stuck somewhere, just go back to the Home Screen and start over. Just play around, one heading at a time.... Have fun with it..

    It’s just a little computer..

I agree these phones aren’t great. They seem to be getting worse. My 4th version. Wife has the brand new one and it’s a piece of shit.

I think many in the young crowd love the smartphones because of the camera. Glad I'm not the only one that thinks they are way overrated-compared to price.

I played or touched something today that caused Siri to stop responding . This is top feature for getting driving directions or at least all that I know how to do. I checked everything that had the word "Siri" to see if I could figure what was wrong. When on Google and found lots of advice. NOTHING WORKED. Finally after being on hold for about 30 minutes got an Apple representative on the phone. She tried several things which again did not work. FINALLY, she did a RESET on the phone and Siri came back to life. I hope nothing is wrong with the phone, but now I'm scared to "play" with it.

I have my first Covid Shot on this Wednesday at a place I had no idea how to get to. Siri on Friday made the trip for me as a test run. That feature not only saves gas, it saves heartburn and maybe even prevents an accident as the directions are 100% precise!
