Gỏi cuốn is very famous here in Hanoi. There are 100s of places that specialize in that dish. When Anthony Bourdain used to come here, he would eat that at a place not far from me. Hanoi is a very famous place for food in this part of the world.

I live in LA. I could go to a barber or chain place and get a 20$ cut but getting cut by an independent person here is 50 minimum. My buddy's wife charges almost a hundo. It's pretty stupid.

Mainly to just get it straight across at the bottom back after you've done the fade all around, going from high to low. Even with a decent fade or a buzz, you still want a straight line across the back of the neck (or straight with rounded sides/angles).
