Anyone here get the new Samsung GS21 Ultra 5G?

Trading in my Galaxy S9+ in for it ($800 trade in) so it'll only be $400 total. Got a slight crack (more of a paint chip) on the base of the phone so now I'm being told they might not accept it even though the salesperson said it was barely noticeable.

Exactly, from what little I remember from microeco. that $60 is a sunk cost whereas that $500 is a potential investment with huge upside. If they honor the trade in I'll def. get it, if not, not so sure.

I def will. They told me on it's own the s9+ is worth only $90 so I'm kind of shocked it's worth $800 in a trade in.

I haven't scratched the surface learning my iphone se 2020 (only had it 3 weeks and still know so little). But Today Siri and driving directions Blew me away... I did not have a clue if it would work.. But Siri took me through every turn for 7 miles to find a place I was looking for in the city. And it was CORRECT! I'm excited to know I haven't totally wasted my money.

the big carriers are up to something..I believe they are attempting to lock people into contracts, ATT "gave me" $800 for a 3yo iPhone x. But it's in the form of bill credits spread over 30 months. Which for me is a no brainer because I've been with ATT since it was cingular, and will probably never leave..but there are much cheaper carriers now that operate on the same networks.

I consider myself tech savvy, I never imagined the 12 would be that fast, oh sure I was expecting lightening fast, but damn!

Not just amazing video/photo but the audio is super crisp.
And I’m the furthest thing from an Apple pitchman shill.

I’ve been wanting to dump Sprint for a few months now and a couple of the big boys (AT&T and Verizon) were offering great promos.

I did my research and my conclusion was you can’t go wrong with either promo/plan.
Both offered 12’s/and or Samsung, the I 12 blew them all away, and all thing being equal I went with the 2 line Verizon deal because Verizon has the better network.
AT&T’s coverage is a close second but Verizon is the superior 5G.

I suggest everyone do their research and homework but I’m thrilled with my new cellular.

Significant upgrade over the Note 8. The four biggest upgrade in features from Note 8 to S21 are:

1. Much much faster -- SnapDragon processor.
2. 5 cameras-- if you take a lot of pictures or videos, this thing is amazing
3. Longer battery life
4. 5G..... already up in major cities, and new towers being added every day

One thing I would add is if you are going after the S21, get the Ultra version -- the screen size and memory are worth the extra bucks.

I actually do share bras with my gf but that's besides the point. Must be the lighting if you think it looks rose goldish since the phone only comes in 2 colors..silver & black. ( Al Davis.. the dead crypt keeper would be proud)
