But if there's say, a majority resolution barring any private citizen otherwise fully qualified to serve as President, it will be appealed to the SCOTUS and I, for one, would arrest every senator and house member for using their seat as infl6ence peddling for a racketeering/ corrupt organization (political party) to eliminate their political enemies.

There doesn't need to be a conviction to pass a referendum in parliamentary procedures.

It would be a simple majority vote.
