And I'm a dem against it. 90% of the people getting it did not suffer financial loss in 2020. I'd rather give more, much more, to and only to the minority who actually suffered big time in 2020. Let people claim it in February on their tax returns. If your income plus benefits fell more than 10% then you get a credit. 2 grand ain't gonna do shit for someone who's been mostly out of work for 9 months and who knows how much longer.
