Not the first time either. They paid me at the implied BTC price that existed when I requested the withdrawal 6 hours prior.

Somehow, though, when BTC appreciates during the wait time between withdrawal request and withdrawal payment, I get the market price at the time it's sent.

When are books going to stop hiding behind this "BTC is volatile" BS and implement some fair practices?

Pinnacle: "please contact your bitcoin wallet" (lol)
Bookmaker: "please e-mail bitcoin@bm.eu" (no reply)
5Dimes: Free rolls you on BTC deposits. Guarantees your BTC price for 15 minutes but requires like 6 confirmations. Impossible to get your deposit credited within 15 mins and if BTC rises, you get your intended deposit. If BTC falls, you get less than what you wanted to deposit.

Betonline, Betnow, BetUS and Heritage all play fair (in my experience). Sportsbook.ag charges a transparent fee on their BTC withdrawls but at least gives the right price.

I think it's been said here before, but it does seem to help to send the wrong amount of BTC. I have not done an exhaustive study, but the freerolling you bring up seems to be less likely if you do not give them a reference amount (USD) to use if it benefits them. This only works for deposits, obv. BM has always tried to scrape you on any funds they send out, so not that surprised.

Bovada -- as shady as they are in other areas -- has the smoothest and fairest BTC operation, IMO. Lightning fast, 2-factor auth, and always the proper exchange rate.
