Dear Conservative WINGNUTS. you have to be a delusional ignorant Douchebag Don voter if you ever thought the SC would have taken this case.
If it wasn't for covid, Biden's crowd on 1-20-2021 would be much much bigger than Douchebag Don's crowd on 1-20-2017.

If the Democrats rigged the election they did a horrible job because McConnell is still in office.
Rigging something like a Presidential election and sneaking in Millions of votes over night.....does anyone know what all that would entail?
Does someone on the Biden team present this master plan...
"Lets make it look like Trump is ahead on election night...then will sneak in millions of votes over night, dump some in trash cans, alter some with sharpies....AND NO ONE WILL NOTICE."

The high court declined to case the case by stating that one state has no standing to effect election rules in another state.
Well ok, here we go, guess what- every blue State will now decline to have residency or identification be a requirement to vote while doing mail in or email voting 45 days out and every red State will move to day of voting with 6 forms of ID and a 6 month residency requirement.
The Court literally couldn't have written a worst summary in dismissing the case.
They should gave taken, heard, ruled and tried to streamline voting policy. Instead, much like in Dred Scot, they literally opened the door to us having 2 Americas.
Who knows, maybe it's for the best.

Hey Fats, if you live in Minnesota, would you like the Whackos in Texas deciding how, when and where you vote. That is essentially what this frivolous Texas law suit was doing....On another note, it's UP to the States to decide there voting procedures, not the SC...WTF is wrong with you.,

funniest part of all of this is that trumpers rightly clown on the demmycrats for how laughably inept they are on a national level and then all of a sudden they're so brilliantly organized that they can somehow pull off rigging an election involving many states, millions of ballots, hundreds of election officials, and republican politicians overseeing these elections! Guess the dems are also responsible for the incredibly shitty legal arguments presented in all of these court filings, a D- first year law student would be embarrassed of the arguments put forth in these frivolous cases.

The States define the procedures, but you cannot, in America, treat one vote in State A different than another vote in State B. At least until yesterday.
So now the high court has said a vote in PA can be mailed in, w no ID, no signature verification, collected after hours without verify residency or citizenship, and it counts.
A vote in Wisconsin can be actually returned to a voter to be corrected if they fail to check a box, and it counts.
But a vote in Florida, if not registered for X number of months at the same address, doesn't count.
A coalition of governors can executive order expanded balloting in four states, in direct violation of the State and US Constitution, whereas other States and their citizenry play by the rules at hand...
That is the legal definition of disenfranchisement and a violation of 13-15 amendments (the equal protection ammendments).
The court needed to rule on uniformity and it didn't, so now you're going to have 50 spetate lawsuits from every state coming as they will now each widely expand or wholeheartedly contract voting rights.

Umm.....yeh, right.
Actually I'm so F'N done with the 25+ yrs of AM Right Wing radio and Faux Infotainment Channel brainwashing people to stay pissed off and angry at asinine BS, all day, every FU*KIN' day.
This constant talk of Civil War is so laughable. I guess all the narrow-minded bigots that believe in it, must not like the value of a stable US Dollar, or must not have a 401k, or any investments related to stock market.
But the nihilist mentality part of me is like "Fu*K Yeh!!" "Let's. Get. It. On!"
I'd love to split this country up into Coke vs Pepsi, Chevy vs Ford, PC vs Mac, and on down the line for every single business/company/corporation.
Get every CEO, President, Chairman , B.O.D., owners, founders, and whatnot from every single business in this Country to announce where they stand on the key political issues. Then the public can decide whom and where they want to do their business with.
Plus we can extend this all the way down to the nuts and bolts of the supply chain that a company does business with. Meaning, for example: Walmart - Walmart for whichever side they choose, could decide every single vendor, contractor, maintenance, distributor, warehousing, transportation, etc. etc. that they will do business with. And go even farther, say Walmart chooses XYZ Inc(I'm just making an example), then they will require XYZ to make sure their whole line of business all the way down to the nuts and bolts supplier, and vet the nuts and bolts person's business as well.
Do I eat at McD's , BK, Wendy's, YUM brand restaurants, and do I buy Levi's, Wrangler, Lee, jeans. Do I buy Columbia or Northface? Do I get Carhartt or Dickies? Do I buy Nike or Under Armour? Do I shop at Lowes or HD? And on and on down the line. Just carve the country up.
Is this ridiculous? Abso-FU*KING-Lutely! But if the ruling by the SCOTUS on Texas's and the other states and all the Repubs reps that singed on, is going to open up reinstating Jim Crow bullsh#t - Well then, we need to start holding the leaders and executives of every business in this country to go on record of how they stand on social, economic and political policies.
Before I left FB last winter. I remember having it out with a dude I went to HS with. I ain't seen the dude in person since our early-to mid 20's. Anyway - He apparently became a drunk and messed up his life and blah blah blah. And then sometime in his mid 30's he got his sh*t together. Now he has his own handyman/remodeling business and advertises he's a Christian and yada yada yada. He does like decks and gutters, and small concrete jobs and whatnot.
So he was always posting links and memes from right-wing sites/groups. I asked him if he vetted every potential client/homeowner he was bidding a job for. To make sure they ALL line-up with his beliefs. I said something like "Do you have a clipboard with a list of questions for the homeowner asking them do they think Murica should go back to it's founding days of being this idea of purest white people? Or do you ask how they feel about the Clinton's? Or their opinion of that Muslim-thieving-Isis-loving Obama."
Of course he got mad and said "I" was being the ridiculous one. I said how do you know that the homeowner you might be making money from, doesn't own a business where they pays low-wages and some, if not most of their employees, get some sort of "socialist" assistance. Or do they give contributions to "Libtard" candidates? I said surely you vet everyone and make sure they totally align with your views. I also asked where he bought his supplies, and the brands he preferred, and if he had researched the owners and executives that run the companies to see where they donate political contributions.
All he could come up with was that he only does business from word-of-mouth and he can "gauge" people pretty good. Which I replied "So if someone goes to possibly a different church than you, but were referred to use you for work through word-of-mouth, and during small talk you get a hint that they might be a centrist and don't mind POC and actually liked Obama - are you saying you turn down the job?"
He said NO and especially if he needed the work. Then I pointed out how he must always need the work because he posts non-stop about how he's available for work and to give him a call, and he would give people kick-backs for referrals. Then I went off topic and pointed out about how much he golfs and always posts pictures of being at this or that country club because of some hook-up from a client or whoever, got for him.
He told me to F off and unfriended me. Which was funny because he was the one that originally sent me the request.
But this is how preposterous the narrow-mindedness of this extremism from what's considered Alt-right has led to from 25+ years of listening to the yelling and false-outrage from blowhards that live in mansions, and are chauffeured to and fro from studios and high-rises, all with security.
But by all means, YES, let's carve this country up and destroy the stock market and value of the almighty US dollar.(And yes, I know it the prestige of the US dollar ain't what it was 20+ yrs ago, but it's still strong and exchangeable pretty much world-wide.)
I don't even care how it pans out for my Libtard-socialist-progressive side.
I wanna see how the die-hard Libertarians of small gov, 100% unregulated capitalism, with their mistresses and powdered noses and cocaine nose-jobs, agnostic non-church give-a-shi*ters, will gel with the hillbilly simps that live their life's by how their local pastor interprets the bible to them, all while sitting on the front stoop with shotgun in hand, waiting on that socialist post office to deliver their disability check.
Sounds ecstatic.

You're right, the Court has no obligation to. But much like the Dred Scott case, they took the easy way out and made the situation worse.
We look to the Court to provide guidance and equality under the law. Noone with any sense of balance can say that the executive ordered changes to election laws in the 4 states sued and the subsequent documented ballot infringements (harvesting w respect to corrections) didn't mean that ballots were treated preferentially in one state and disenfranchised in another.
The reason the Constitution requires legislative action to change election law State by State is so that the great experiment we are all in can be modeled, slowly, but without fear of disenfranchisement. When the Court gives over to Executive orders drawing up new election rules then we allow quasi protectionism for the incumbents and that alone should be enough to get the case heard.
The Court should want to encourage government by the rule of the people...thats the legislative branch in each State- and that what our founders did, but the High Court here just abided by the rule of the Executive (you could insert Putin, Chavez, Hussein, Maduro into this role and see how this decision is that fukking stupid) to the exclusion of the people.
It was the easy way out, very disappointing and will only stand to make the next elections even more fukked up going forward...ripe w fraud and illegitimacy in EVERY state now that they've got a free pass.

People, go read Trump's EO #13848, signed and published in the Federal Register, back in September of 2018. READ IT! Then know that Trump already has this in hand. Forty-five days from November 3rd is next Friday, December 18th! Within 3 days of that report on Trump's desk on the 18th from DNI John Ratcliffe, AG Barr, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, Acting Defense Secretary Chris Miller, John Racliffe, Acting DHS Secretary Chad Wolf will ALL be meeting with Trump to decide what they're going to do about this foreign interference in our election and coup d'etat that the Democrats have colluded with them. THEN you're gonna see the perp walks, because Trump will invoke the Insurrection Act of 1807, declare martial law, and go arrest them all, globally. The Democrats will be tried as 'enemy combatants' and will be tried in military tribunals... we got the hint during the Kavanaugh confirmation hearings with Kavanaugh and Lindsey Graham's discussion. The servers that have the accurate vote counts of how many electoral college votes that Trump got... 410... were confiscated by the military (Delta Forces Special Forces... DoD Undersecretary Ezra Watnick-Cohen told us this in his brief presser... about keeping JFK's promise about destroying the CIA into a thousand pieces... because it was the CIA who had the servers in Frankfurt, Germany) and it's the military, under General Michael Flynn who is doing forensic audit on those servers. This is why you're NOT hearing anything from the DOJ/FBI about an investigation into the election fraud... why duplicate, when the Naval Criminal Investigation Service (NCIS) is doing it? General Flynn is OVER NCIS! NCIS was HIS baby! He rebuilt NCIS after it was decimated at the Pentagon on 9/11/01. Remember, Mike Flynn is the world's GREATEST spook! NOW do you see it all coming together? BTW, Acting DoD Miller told the CIA (Gina Haspel) YESTERDAY that the Pentagon will no longer provide military support for the CIA. Yanked the rug right out from under them. CIA is being dismantled.
