Grades wager a win in Esports section but doesnt pay anything.... Continues to show as pending in actual account... Not sure why they have a double grading system but not good...

Sounds similar to what happened to me one time. A winning wager on live betting was accepted by the live wager system, i had a screenshot of it but it never entered my account. Also showed as pending in the live bets section of my account, but did not show in my account. After 3 days and several emails, they said it was a computer glitch and did not pay me.Comment -
I think they outsource their esports wagers. I have one pending for about 2 months. It was a loser so aside from just seeing it there it is not a problem. I dropped them an email a week or so ago about it but it has not been resolved.Comment -

You should contact the book themselves to deal with simple grading issues like this.
The bet hasn't been graded wrong and they have not told you you wont be paid.
