FACTS:
Georgia, the mail-in rejection rate in 2016: 6.4% ... and then in 2020: 0.2% rejected.
So in normal times they rejected 6 out of 100 ... 2020: 1 in 500.

Pennsylvania, the mail-in rejection rate in 2016: 1% and then in 2020: 0.03% rejected.


Nevada, the mail-in rejection rate in 2016: 1.6% ... and then in 2020: 0.75% rejected.

North Carolina, the mail-in rejection rate in 2016: 2.7% ... and then in 2020: 0.8% rejected.
