I don't know. I guess it depends on what narrative works best for the position I want to take.
This seems like a planned sale that was announced to strategically align with progress on the vaccine and likely a positive quarterly earnings report. The sell order was only set to execute at a certain price threshold, so he could have not sold if the stock was in the tank. Definitely not the shadiest activity I have ever seen but it feels like the rich getting richer when the little guy can't catch a break.
