Not necessarily...in many cases verdicts from other trials are not allowed to be admitted as evidence unless the subject matter is identical.

Here we simply have burden of proof regarding a libel claim, much different than determining fault or liability in a abuse or assault case.

Money doesn’t always get it right. ( as we know).. I’ve seen guys come into Casino’s and lose 5 million dollars without batting an eye. These are the ones who enjoy their money.... Ya, its generally understood that money brings happiness up to a certain point. That point is when a person no longer worries about their monthly expenditures. Beyond that there is an inflection point and money only brings added stress. If you’re not a happy person when you reach that inflection point, more money wont change it and may make things worse.
