just unreal case, teen girl murdered in the 80's 2 men convicted, one gets life in prison other gets death penalty looks like guy who got life actually did the murder , no physical evidence at all linking man who got death penalty to crime, also what convicted him was a jail house snitch who st pete used him in over 30 other cases as a snitch, and this guy had quite the record as well,

it's crazy back in the 70's and 80's they could convict people with no evidence at all and this guy might get put to death

they about got him twice but they finally used dna and found innocent. The d.a. Is still pissed the guy didn’t die.was a 20/20 show.

Everyone involved in the case makes me cringe

Both Dailey and Pearcy are creepy as hell, the informants are creepy as hell, and that prosecutor is creepy as hell

Law Enforcement and the Judges in many States are completely out of control.

Minnesota is one of them, not familiar w Florida LE as I'm a model citizen.

I doubt very much this guy is a model citizen, but the penalty for being a shithead isn't death
