BIG DIFFERENCE because Trump is not within the margin of polling area and there are considerably less undecideds in these Swing States in 2020.

Secondly, Hillary took the Black vote for granted in 2016. They only came out at 20% in 2016 as compared with 2012 when they came out considerably higher for Obama. It's estimated that they will come out at 23% for Biden which is a huge difference in close Swing States like North Carolina.
