Stolen car for sure.. Not in his name. It's a piece of junk so look for him to abandon it and run on foot as soon as possible if he's in any kind of running shape..

That is so funny I know where exactly where he's driving.. Right by the Electric train on Arizona Blvd in Santa Monica now.. Headed towards the beach and Santa Monica Pier.. I live about a mile North of where he is at right now..

Well maybe he's East and not in Santa Monica yet.. My bad.. Looked familiar.

He was at a red light and the MPH registered 3mph. AS of 8:26pm cst they lost him into a parking garage.
