Prosecutor knew all along this could happen IMO.,....went against the grain and now its been flipped........

He was guilty as sin but at the same time the state/judge cheated him out of a fair trial.

When they allowed the 5 women to testify that he did the same thing they denied him a shot at a fair trial.

Just think about that for a while... 5 hearsay witnesses who never reported a thing show up at your trial and are allowed to testify against you and offer no proof.

This is a grey area. I just happened to be having a cocktail with a local judge when this came up at his trial. He said he would tend to allow it saying the defense could discredit on cross.

Recall the first trial allowed only one of these and it ended hung.

I think the parade of 5 was a reach too far. What if you were on trial for auto theft and 5 unrelated witnesses came in and said you stole their car too. You'd be like WTF???
