Relax Kirby, I was more so laughing at the pampered debutants living in the tri state area than taking a shot at you.

I would say the next time you're in the city I'd take you and your lady out for a real steak but I've been working from home in the burbs since covid.

In the meantime go to your local butcher and get 10 or so bets worth of a cow and throw it on a grill or smoker as you settle down to watch your bets. I guarantee it'll be better than anything you'd ever get at one of those franchise chains unless you live in certain parts of Texas. The quality of their cows are better than most parts of the country
