Supposedly, they planned to make a citizen arrest on Whitmer. For what crime I do not know. Treason? Not allowing them to buy seeds to grow food (which is terrorism?) Either way, them planning a citizen arrest on Whitmer is not something they can be "arrested" for. If they arrest her, then it is not kidnapping. I believe (not sure on this) that they would have to turn her over to law enforcement after apprehending her within a reasonable amount of time or immediately. Driving her to Wisconsin is not really immediately though if that was their plan.

Was this crime by Whitmer committed in their "presence"? What defines "presence" in this situation? Lots to think about here.

Therefore, these guys didn't plot anything that is punishable. If they planned to make a citizen arrest then it is legal to do so. Now, they can't go arrest her and keep her. LOL.

So, continue my friends to plot your citizen arrests of treasonist communist domestic terrorists around the country if you so choose. I'm waiting to see what the defense attorney discusses on this false flag case #100,001

Was I in her presence when watching her on T.V. telling me I can't buy seeds to grow food? Is watching her on T.V. with her stating her tyrant measures being in her presence?
