Bob Dylan, Roy Orbison and Phil Spector

one dead, one in prison and the other old. however Bruce Springsteen honored all three. one of the greatest artists of all time highly respected all three. Roy Orbison was almost of another world with his voice and bruce S writes/says as much. Spector was completely insane firing a pistol in his recording studio but he was an early musical genius also. too bad he found it necessary to place a gun in a girls mouth and kill her.

great musical mind but completely crazy. when the Beatles were working with him he supposedly removed his hand gun and discharged it in the studio. that was decades before he killed that girl.

He had talent on loan from God

Phil Spector who just died was one of the greatest music engineer/producers that ever lived but was pretty much pure evil in real life.
