So yesterday went out to pickup supplies found a good deal a 13 pack of multicolored boxers for like 13.96 mabye that will keep her at bay.
Another reason I think she does this is so she doesn't have to get dressed while roaming the house -vs- her underwear

Hey look. I bought his weight machine and it really is working. I will be in the best shape of my life within 5 months. It was best shape of my life in 6 months about 1.5 years ago. It keeps getting pushed back.

I went thru a phase were i didnt work for 2 years, was just letting certain investments bloom, needed a break. Was over 250 starting hitting gym, treadmill training, and swimming got down to 190. That day was over 3 years ago since have stopped vaping(cause i smoked for 21 years) hiked 200 on the AT, have been on 2 60day juice diets feel great. I was a mess health wise. So what started the turnaround?? the doc fat sick and nearly dead

250 to 190 very impressive. I've come a long ways. Was at 260+ and haven't weighed in yet. The hardest part for me is keeping at it day after day. I take days off, but the continuous motion of it all. I will admit. No way I do this if I'm holding down a job right now. I wouldn't have the time and energy after working all day.
