Baby aspirin every other day that's it for this guy..

Check back in 5 -10 years though, could be on BP and Lipitor meds. High Blood Pressure and cholesterol becoming more of a battle these days.. Damn hereditary crap that runs in the family.

Also take fish oil pills and Flax seed oil pills every other day or so.. Sometimes a vitamin C tab also. Gotta get your oils on.. Lube the joints and get your Omegas....

Didn't they say for a long time that 1 baby aspirin a day was good for your heart? Then they flipped it around and said it's bad. Hard to trust any of these studies when there's so much conflicting info

Right, that makes sense. But for a while I'm pretty sure there were a bunch of studies out there saying that any average Joe should take a baby aspirin daily for heart health

Helps with blood flow when your blood thins.. Only bad if you get a major cut and start bleeding inside or outside your body..

Aspirin is not bad for you if you meet those guide lines.. Prevents heart attacks because your clogged arteries are passing blood in your body easier when thinned with aspirin.. Just that simple..

Aspirin can be hard on your stomach over time also..
