The University of Washington’s Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation (IHME) – the White House preferred institution for data projections - is now projecting that Florida – the hands-down, dumbest state in the U.S. – will top NY in Covid 19 deaths by Halloween. In fact, it will leave both California and Texas in the dust as it surges to 34k dead. My own projection has that number in the mid-20,000s, but I’m a ‘glass-half-full’ kind of guy, and Trump knows best – doesn’t he?
