Definition: Structural Racism in the U.S. is the normalization and legitimization of an array of dynamics – historical, cultural, institutional and interpersonal – that routinely advantage whites while producing cumulative and chronic adverse outcomes for people of color. It is a system of hierarchy and inequity, primarily characterized by white supremacy – the preferential treatment, privilege and power for white people at the expense of Black, Latino, Asian, Pacific Islander, Native American, Arab and other racially oppressed people.

None Of those ethnicities complain today except one, and only half of them.

The other half, and the others listed, work hard to make something of themselves.

...Camden, new jersey defunded the police in 2013...

What happened in Jersey was proof that getting rid of police leads to a rise in crime. Camden had a budget issue and layed off a ton of police officers.

The next year the murder rate skyrocketed, making it on of the most dangerous places in the country, and comparing it to some of the worst in the world.

The answer was to actually add more police to the force, under the county label, and transfer all from the city force to county, with a pay cut.

Defunding the police in Camden was actually just a transfer of offices from city to county with the addition of more police officers, the police force in the area was expanded, not cut.
