Do black people like Harris?. She doesn’t have the same charisma as Obama. Im also pretty sure they will see through the charade and know she was picked to get their vote. Biden and her on a ticket feel so obvious a ploy to me to get black vote. I have a feeling this could back fire. She will def help get more white female vote though no doubt about that.
