She lives in Australia so probably taking the family to the movies, shopping malls, eating out at restaurants, going bowling, hitting the gym, sex shops, getting massages, getting her hair did, etc.

Yeah, Melbourne is back to stay at home if possible and sounds like life isn't great.

I think it is because she is an exceptionally busy woman who is balancing work and personal life.
She has no time to mess around with this BS until she needs to (interventions on those who are troublemakers on SBR).
