i'm a strongly blunt and honest person. i have no problem saying to anyone "WHO GIVES A FUK?" when i see things like this. you think you're funny, cute, hip, badass, cool, tough, whatever trying to shut down a freeway/interstate/street and block people off? well, this can happen. and while death or serious injury isn't karma for what you're doing.. I'm not understanding several things here.

1. It looks like the car was traveling the correct direction yet I read reports of the car going the wrong way to get on the highway.
2. Was the highway opened officially for traffic or was it closed officially. By officially being closed, the highway department will place actual physical barricades that make it clear that the highway is closed.

If in fact the highway was officially closed and this dude got on the highway by utilizing illegal methods to gain access then it will probably be a case of vehicular manslaughter. In this fact scenario the highway was closed and a reasonable person would determine that there are things about the safe usage of the highway that are compromised.

However, if in fact the highway was really only closed because a bunch of lefties parked their vehicles across the road and got out to hang out and get in the way, then it is an accident and no charges for the driver. he did his best to avoid any obstacles that he had reasonable belief would not be there to begin with.
