Sorry to hear this- can you maybe start small ? Eat a little different cut back on certain things. When i found out i had Diabetes i had to change up a few things .Made myself like certain things. Do you drink a lot of soda? Try and stop with that . I had to now i drink once in a blue moon. I Drink home made iced tea with splenda instead. If you stop soda and cut back on bread i bet you lose some weight. Start small and try it for a month.
