he was obviously far away and not a threat, there was a better way to handle his apprehension

Also, if someone who is under arrest is now running away with a cops taser in his hand, there is no penetrating way they are letting that guy get away with that. If they shot him in the back when he was running away (and not turning and firing the taser at them) there will be consequences.

Because there’s tons of video of him physically resisting a LAWFUL arrest and him taking control of a cops taser. Where is the accountability for the mother penetrator?

Maybe there needs to be different levels of policing. Every situation does not need police intervention. Where was the Wendy's manager on duty for this? How hard is it to wake someone up in a drive thru and tell them to move. Obviously if they drove to the drive thru they haven't been there that long or they could drive before they fell asleep. Video is now needed of police apprehending someone and bringing them into the station alive. Obviously, its getting too tough to actually arrest someone without deadly force.

Yes it does. He breaks free, runs, is chased, shot 3 times, female witness expresses shock,
then they show his shot body laying in the road. At the exact time of the deadly gunfire the camera
was not on Brooks, it was on the cop.
