Big deal, TCM played GWTW a few weeks ago. Funny thing, GWTW had a white actress, Mary Anderson, who had a small role in GWTW and later played a central character as a black maid in The Underground Story (also on TCM's Noir Alley last week). They wanted a white actress so it would do well in the South. Spoiler Alert: and yeah the black maid was framed for murder by a white rich guy. Btw Southern channels TCM and TNT will play GWTW again so who cares.

It's media and by extension press. The media is so quick to espouse itself as a constitutionally protected asset yet once it's bias is exposed it's so quick to cry and beg for equality.
