I'm curious if he was a murderer or registered sex offender would he be getting the same treatment in the media.

Not saying he deserved to go out the way he did, but just asking if the media coverage have been the same with those kinds of backgrounds if they're willing to canonize him with a robbery background.

I think funerals are depressing even when they are trying to make life a celebration.. Fock that I hate em!!!

I frigg'n HATE funerals!! Just reminds you your loved ones are gone. Who wants to see an open casket rotting corpse that you once knew and loved all dressed up in a coffin to make you feel better? Frigg'n morbid!!

I make a point not to go to funerals for loved ones as I wanna remember them in real life for the way they were living and breathing, not all dolled up dead in a casket.

I cry my ass off at funerals for loved ones.

It's not a celebration of a life it's a saying goodbye to a life that you were close to.. NO THANKS they are long gone!! I personally don't need closure like that..

I'll tell you another thing - ashes to ashes and dust to dust, once you leave your body kiss it goodbye.. No need to get buried in the ground and waste land space and have worms eat your body over 100's of years. That's absurd as well.. Graves.. NO THANKS!!! Remember your loved ones in your heart and pictures..

When I die you can do what ever you want with my body.. I don't give a rats ass. Cut off my head and hang it on a spike I won't care.. I'm moving on to a higher place in the sky!!

.. I do not fear death!!! I welcome it when my time is up..

In my Atheist thinking mind and soul years long ago my fear of death did consumed me though

Floyd family hit the lotto with his death.. Biggest story world round.. Wonder if they really miss him though or is this all just a PR stunt? Gotta ask yourself that in the big picture with all facts coming in?

Seems to me from what I read is that he was kind of a drifter and outsider.. On drugs and committing crimes.. Bid dude with a substance abuse problem..
